Crew vans and minibuses, cars for cast and HODs, 4x4 convoys with experienced desert drivers, equipment and grip trucks, generators, honeywagons and make-up trailers where available, and picture cars sourced to period and brief.
Moves that actually work
We know how long the drives really take: Cairo traffic at 8am, the desert road to Siwa, the run from Hurghada to a Red Sea location, or a night drive back from Luxor. We build the schedule around real travel times and plan fuel, rest and backup vehicles for remote units.
Hotels, catering and unit base
We book crew hotels near the work, organise catering on set including vegetarian and other dietary needs, set up unit bases with shade, water and power, and look after airport arrivals and departures.
